Salary: £17,400 per annum

Qualifications and Experience
- Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above
- Proven experience in medical administration environment
- Customer Service Background
- Excellent IT Skills
- Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organised / Methodical
- Excellent Customer Service Skills Inc. excellent telephone Manner
- Team Player
- Work on own initiative
- Flexible to the needs of the business
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
