Her background has been mainly administration and customer services with aspects of HR a trend she continued when she joined Spencer Private Hospitals.

Mandy gained a CIPD qualification in June 2005 and was promoted to HR Manager in November 2009.  She was then invited to join the Senior Management Team in April 2010 and still takes pride in being part of a multi-disciplinary group of people. Mandy has an excellent HR team and they strive to look after the staff and company needs in an open, honest and fair environment.
