Spencer Private Hospital in Margate achieves exceptional results in Patient Led Survey

Spencer Private Hospitals based at Margate in Kent, has been named joint top in PLACE Survey as the best provider of hospital food nationally for the third in a row. Spencer Private Hospitals achieved a rating of 100% for the quality and organisation of its food. The next closest rating in Kent was 90.32%. In addition, Spencer Private Hospitals were joint top in cleanliness where they achieved a rating of 100%. Furthermore the hospital attained 100% in condition, appearance and maintenance.

Released by the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC), the Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) surveys use members of the public to help assess hospitals across 5 key areas: Cleanliness, Food, Disability, Privacy, dignity and wellbeing and Condition, appearance and Maintenance.
