We are looking for motivated individuals to join our high performing team providing endoscopy services at Spencer Private Hospitals in Margate. The post holder will provide excellent individualized nursing care to patients attending the endoscopy suite from pre-assessment through to discharge.
The post holders must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to work within this specialty. We are looking for Nurses with previous post registration nursing experience, endoscopy experience is not essential as full training will be given. You will be an empowered member of the team and involved in decision making and in the development of the service. Working in an environment that seeks to support and develop staff to reach their full potential and therefore provide high quality and patient focused care to patients.
1 x 15 Hour Part Time and 1 x Full Time Position

Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
- Knowledge of research and evidence based practice
- Delivery of evidence based practice
- Demonstrates patient focused approach
- PAE Operative Assessment of Endoscopy Patients
- Calm under pressure
- Effective interpersonal and organisational skills
