Qualifications and Experience
Previous management experience
Good Knowledge of Health & Safety, Infection Control, COSSH Substances
Food Hygiene Certificate
Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
Mathematics and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above
Experience of managing budgets and delivering cost efficiencies
Good time management ensuring all tasks are achieved.
The ability to train and mentor staff within the job role
Committed to providing excellence in service
