Qualifications & Experience
- ENB 998 and R/N Level 1 Diploma in Nursing
- Proven post registration experience
- Proven experience in management or senior position
- Clinical governance and audit program experience
- Policy/procedural development experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Role model to provide advice and guidance to staff
- Route cause analysis/management of quality improvement
- Ability to participate in on call system
