This Staff Charter is shaped by the priorities and values shared by our colleagues: a culture built on Care, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork and Empathy.

We all share responsibility for creating a positive, safe and high-performing workplace. This Charter sets out the behaviours we expect from one another, alongside the commitments we make as a team – ensuring consistency, fairness, and accountability are at the heart of how we work.

This Charter sits alongside our organisational policies and procedures, including our disciplinary policy.

Where standards of behaviour need to be addressed, this process is applied fairly and consistently, helping to support a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
