Following qualification in London in 2000, Mr James has dedicated his career to the assessment and treatment of hand and upper limb conditions across South East England. Over the last 25 years he has developed extensive expertise in managing both routine and highly complex hand, wrist and elbow disorders.

His practice encompasses the full spectrum of hand surgery, including arthritis management, nerve decompression procedures, trauma surgery, tendon reconstruction and wrist preservation surgery. He treats patients across both NHS and private practice settings and is recognised for delivering safe, evidence-based care in accordance with the standards of the General Medical Council.
