Mr Reddy began his surgical training in Manchester and Liverpool, completing his Basic Surgical Training before pursuing a Diploma in Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation from the University of Dundee. A Hip & Knee fellowship at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.

During this specialist training, Mr Reddy contributed significantly to orthopaedic research, with 10 publications in peer-reviewed journals and 12 podium presentations at national and international conferences.

Outside of clinical work, Mr Reddy is a devoted family man with a wife and two children. He enjoys playing tennis and hiking, which helps him maintain a healthy work-life balance.
