Spencer Private Hospitals are looking to recruit a friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic Telephonist to join a highly motivated team that delivers outstanding customer service to a variety of self-pay, private medical insured and NHS patients. You will need to be flexible, have an excellent telephone manner, excellent communication skills, an ability to prioritise workloads and demonstrate team work to be successful in this role. The role is based in our Head Office in Deal but you will be expected to travel to our hospital sites for training purposes as and when required for the development of the role.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week (covering Monday - Friday 8am-5pm on a rota basis within the team)
Interview Date: 1st December and 4th December 2025. Interviews to be held at our Head Office in Deal.
Qualifications and Experience
- Polite and confident telephone manner
- Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above
- Proven experience working with the public over the phone
- Proven experience in a customer focused role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Organised and methodical in approach
- Ability to travel between sites
