Background Information

In 1994, Mr Richard Slack completed his undergraduate studies in medicine before beginning his speciality training in Orthopaedic Surgery in both France and the UK.

Once trained, Mr Slack was appointed as a Consultant Surgeon in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery in East Kent University Hospital Trust. Here, he specialises in performing revision (complex) hip and knee procedures for patients, alongside biological fixation of implants and lower limb joint arthroplasty.

As a private Consultant, Mr Slack’s Orthopaedic knee and hip surgery allows for the rapid rehabilitation of patients undergoing this procedure.

Mr Slack lives in Kent with his family, and plays sports in his spare time.
