Spencer Private Hospital in Margate tops league table for quality of hospital food for second year running

We are delighted to have been named in PLACE Survey as the best provider of hospital food nationally for the second year in a row. Outperforming all other hospitals across the NHS and Independent sector, Spencer Private Hospitals in Margate achieved a rating of 99.66% for the quality of its food. The next closest rating in Kent was 91.20%.

Released by the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC), the Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) surveys use members of the public to help assess hospitals across 4 key areas: Cleanliness, Food, Privacy, dignity and wellbeing and Condition, appearance and Maintenance. Spencer Private Hospitals always performs exceptionally well in these assessments, achieving 100% for cleanliness again in 2015. In addition they received 100% in condition, appearance and maintenance.
