Telephone appointments

A telephone appointment replaces a face to face appointment at the hospital. Please take note of the points below in preparation for your telephone appointment.

  • You're appointment will be made and a confirmation will be sent to you
  • If you're unable to make the appointment, please let us know so that we can reschedule
  • If you are a new patient to Spencer Private Hospitals a member of our team will call you to confirm your phone number prior to your appointment
  • Please have a list of any medications you are taking ready for your call
  • Your consultant will call you on the date of the appointment, as close to the time as possible. This may be slightly before or after your allotted time, depending on clinic delays.
  • Please contact our appointments team on 0330 019 4890 as soon as possible if you're not able to attend your appointment
