Mandy Oliver joined Spencer Private Hospital in April 1996 as Private Patient Secretary, a few years after this became the PA to Hospital Manager.

Her background has mainly been Administration and Customer Services but in both previous jobs inherited aspects of HR and the trend continued when she joined Spencer Private Hospitals.

Mandy gained a CIPD qualification in June 2005 and was promoted to HR Manager in November 2009.  She was then invited to join the Senior Management Team in April 2010 and still takes pride in being part of a multi-disciplinary group of people. Mandy has an excellent HR team and they strive to look after the staff and company needs in an open, honest and fair environment.
