Annual Leave
25 days annual leave entitlement (pro-rata), plus 8 bank holidays, which increases with length of service.
In addition to this, once a year for a period of six weeks between January and February, employees can purchase up to a total of 5 working days additional leave (one week) for full-time staff or pro-rata for part-time staff.

Parking
Certain roles may enjoy the benefit of a Trust parking permit.
Salary Enhancements
Hours between 8 pm and 7.30 am during the week are paid at time and 30% of your basic salary rate.
Hours worked any time on a Saturday are paid at time and 30% of your basic salary rate.
Hours worked on a Sunday or a Bank Holidays are paid at time and 60% of your basic salary rate. This benefit does not apply to Senior Management.
Long Service
We recognise our long-serving employees by rewarding them with annual leave. After 5 years of continuous service, employees can enjoy an additional two days annual leave, raising to an additional three days after 10 years of service. We also hold long service award events.
Life Assurance
Peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Our new Legal & General Life Assurance benefit provides eligible employees a lump sum of three times your annual salary to your nominated beneficiary, providing financial support for your loved ones when they need it most.

Eye Care
We offer an eye care contribution to all colleagues who use display screen equipment on a regular basis. Reimbursement for your eye test plus a further £50 for glasses.
